Walk Forms and Submissions
The walk form that should be used when submitting a walk for the next programme can be found here --> Walk plan form.
We welcome walk submissions from all our members and, if you would like some advice, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We can pay expenses and you can find some advice from the Ramblers for walk leaders wishing to claim expenses incurred in doing a walk recce on the web-site.
The Committee have decided to allow 25p per mile and the car park fee up to a maximum amount of £15, receipts will be needed if appropriate, claims to be made within 3 months of incurring the expense. Public transport costs are also permitted. One claim only per walk. Printing costs of 10p per sheet are permitted.
